What owners ask us to fix

The four problems we hear most often, and what we do about each.

01

Costs out of control

Invoices from dozens of suppliers and no clear budget. We set one, track it and report monthly.

02

Maintenance surprises

Breakdowns at the worst moment. We schedule yard work for the winter and check the systems before each season.

03

Crew turnover

Finding and keeping the right people is hard. We recruit, contract and support your crew.

04

Regulations

Flag, class, safety and insurance rules keep changing. We keep you compliant.

Questions

Yacht management FAQ

What does a yacht management company do?

A yacht management company handles maintenance, compliance, crew, budgets, suppliers and, if desired, charter operations on the owner's behalf, protecting the yacht's value and controlling costs.

Why do I need a yacht manager?

Because owning a yacht involves complex technical, legal and human decisions. A manager prevents costly mistakes, negotiates with suppliers and frees your time.

How much does yacht management cost?

Technical management is a fixed fee agreed after a free assessment. Charter management is paid only on results: 15% brokerage plus 5% (superyachts) or 10% (catamarans under 55 ft) management on each charter.

Do you manage both private and charter yachts?

Yes. We manage yachts used only privately and yachts with a charter programme, in which case we also handle charter management.
