Purpose of the site

The site presents our yacht charter, yacht management, charter management, brokerage and new build services. By using it you accept these terms. The information published is not a contractual offer.

Prices and availability

Prices, availability, specifications and itineraries are indicative and may change without notice. A booking or service is confirmed only by a written contract signed by the parties: for crewed charters, as a rule, the MYBA charter agreement; for management, brokerage and new build, a specific agreement. Taxes, APA (advance provisioning allowance), delivery and other costs are stated in the proposal and in the contract.

Our role

Unless stated otherwise, the yachts presented are owned by third parties. For charters Adara Yachts acts as broker or as the owner's agent: the charter service is provided by the owner or operator of the yacht under the charter contract. For yachts for sale we act as broker between seller and buyer.

Photos and descriptions

Photos, plans and descriptions are provided in good faith, partly by owners, shipyards and central agencies, and are illustrative: equipment, layout and toys may differ from the images. The binding specification is the one in the contract and its inventory.

Enquiries

Sending a form, an e-mail or a WhatsApp message is a request for information and does not constitute a booking. Please give accurate information so we can prepare a suitable proposal.

Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logo and the Adara Yachts brand, as well as the structure of the site, belong to ADARA YACHTS S.R.L. or are used under licence. Photos remain the property of their authors or of the yachts' owners and shipyards. Copying or reusing them without written permission is not allowed.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to third-party sites (for example social networks, press and review pages). We are not responsible for their content or for their privacy practices.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from information later corrected. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers under the law.

Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy and cookies notice, which is part of these terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of Cagliari has jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
