The Lagoon 60 is a 64-foot catamaran designed by VPLP Design and built by the French shipyard Lagoon. Large windows fill the saloon with light, and the saloon opens straight onto the cockpits and the sea.
A door at the bow, an open-plan dinette and direct access from the owner's suite to the stern keep the sea close all day. The flybridge is the place to watch the coast go by under way; at anchor the two cockpits give you a shaded table aft and a quiet corner forward. The interiors are plain and light, comfortable for a long stay on board.
Built for crewed charter
More and more charter guests ask for a large catamaran with a professional crew: space for the whole family, a steady deck at anchor and someone else to cook and sail. The Lagoon 60 was drawn with that use in mind.
The boat can be configured with four or five suites, accommodating up to ten guests. By sacrificing one cabin, the galley can be located in the port hull. With fewer guests on board and a separate galley for the chef and the crew's meals, the guest areas stay quiet and private.
Sofia, the Lagoon 60 we manage, sails between Sardinia and Corsica until the end of September 2027 and spends winter 2027-28 in the Caribbean.
